With 25+ years of entrepreneurial leadership in commercial development, retail, industrial construction, and hospitality, Julio provides strategic direction for HTX as our key principal. He holds a BBA from Universidad del Centro de Mexico

Marcello Lo Cicero
VP of Operations

With 25+ years of leadership in Construction, Power, O&G, Water Treatment and Industrial sectors, Marcello provides executive guidance for daily operations at HTX. A Six Sigma Black Belt, he also holds an MSc in Electromechanical Engineering from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires.

Dale is responsible for the development and execution of HTX’s commercial activities and go-to-market strategy. He has a 20 year history in material handling equipment distribution having held executive leadership positions at both the OEM and Distributor level across North America. Dale received his MBA from Louisiana State University.

Clint brings 20 years of operations expertise and product support leadership to HTX, having held a director-level role at a nationwide distributor. Clint’s focus at HTX is ensuring that he and his team deliver on our promise of excellence in Parts, Service, and Rental operations for our flagship brands, Linde and Baoli.

With 20+ years of progressive leadership in the Construction Equipment, Power Systems, and Environmental services sectors, Giovana brings a diverse set of strengths and global experience in financial management to HTX. In addition to her Six Sigma Black Belt certification, she holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba in Sao Paulo, Brazil and received her MBA from Bradley University in Illinois.
